This year has been exceptional due to the confluence of different factors: the right time, and the appropriate people and technology. With top talent and quality in so many corners, it wasn’t an easy selection process, but we are shining a spotlight on some of the best and brightest tools, leaders and trendsetters pushing forward today’s education revolution for the benefit of future generations. As of today, there is a myriad of start-ups, applications, and firms working in the edtech sector. The introduction of new methods, ideas, products, and frameworks for learning, as well as the willingness of investors to strongly support talent and those start-ups showing courage from day one –and the tangible results that result from that–, all point at the same thing: innovation in the edtech sector is more vibrant than ever before. People’s courage, enthusiasm, and determination in the educational sector, as well as their attitude towards producing positive changes in such an important field of human activity, deserve all our respect and makes us want to get even more actively involved. We are all part of a large-scale change, one which is highly demanding but which brings a high return. We are proud to recognize the best tools, leaders, and trendsetters in the edtech sector.
